Day 1: Arrival in Cairo – Giza Pyramids, Sphinx & Egyptian Museum

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will welcome you and your journey through ancient Egypt will begin right away. Your private tour starts at the Giza Plateau, where you’ll marvel at the iconic Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Walk through the Valley Temple, where the mummification rituals took place, and stand face to face with the mighty Sphinx, a timeless guardian of this sacred ground.

After a delicious lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant, your tour continues to the world-famous Egyptian Museum in downtown Cairo. Inside, you'll explore a collection of more than 250,000 ancient artifacts, including the dazzling treasures of King Tutankhamun. The day ends with a stroll through the historic Khan El Khalili Bazaar, a vibrant market filled with spices, jewelry, handmade crafts, and local treasures. In the evening, you'll be transferred back to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Alexandria Day Trip from Cairo – Ancient Knowledge & Mediterranean Charm

After breakfast, your guide will meet you at your hotel for a full-day Alexandria tour from Cairo. Your first stop will be the legendary Library of Alexandria, one of the most famous centers of learning in the ancient world. You’ll explore the modern Bibliotheca Alexandrina, which pays homage to Egypt’s intellectual legacy.

Following your visit, enjoy a seafood lunch at a local restaurant with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The tour continues to the Roman Amphitheatre, one of the city’s most remarkable ruins from the Greco-Roman era. You'll also visit Pompey’s Pillar, an impressive red granite column that stands as a tribute to Roman Emperor Diocletian. Before heading back to Cairo, enjoy an exterior visit to the famous Qaitbay Citadel, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria—one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. After a full day of discovery, you’ll return to your Cairo hotel for the night.
