5 Day Esna - Aswan Dahabeya Cruise Every Monday

Day 1: Monday Luxor - Esna- Embark your Dahabiya Cruise

Begin your day of exploring by visiting The West Bank of the Nile River and the Necropolis of Thebes, and view the Colossi of Memnon. Next, arrive at the architecturally stunning Temple of Hatshepsut, ancient Egypt's first female pharaoh and regarded today as one of its most successful. Continue to the Valley of the Kings, burial ground of the pharaohs and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For a period of 500 years beginning in the 16th century BC, tombs were built along this valley for pharaohs and nobles, including that of "the boy king," Tutankhamun. Enter the tomb of Tutankhamun- found in 1922 by British archaeologist and Egyptologist Howard Carter- to discover the secrets of this storied chamber. Later, Transfer to Esna and join the Boat, Crew will welcome you on board and have your bags taken to your cabins. We will then set sail on your voyage to Aswan. Overnight close to El Hegz Island. Meals Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 2: Tuesday Esna – Edfu / Silsela

Enjoy breakfast at your leisure, sailing to Edfu , Visit Edfu Temple by horse carriage, one of the largest and most intact of Egypt's monuments. Two beautiful granite statues of the Falcon God Horus flank the entrance. Lunch on Board, Continue Sailing till Silsela Hormoheb Temple , Dinner will be served on an island or on the upper deck of Boat whilst soaking up the tranquil atmosphere with music to match the mood. Meals Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 3: Wednesday Silslea / Kom Ombo

Breakfast at your leisure, Sailing to Kom Ombo TempleVisit to the Greco Roman Temple Kom OmboSailing heading to Aswan, Listen to the sounds of the water buffalo as they wade in the shallow water besides the banks of the Nile, the Donkeys as they go about their day to day business and the various bird life of the river. Overnight close to the doors of Aswan cityMeals Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 4: Thursday  Aswan 

Today, Visit the majestic Temple of Philae. Ride a motorized boat to the island of Agilika. This sacred complex was dedicated to the goddess Isis and reflects a fusion of three great civilizations- Egyptian, Greek and Roman. The temple was dismantled and then painstakingly reassembled when the Aswan High Dam was constructed. Proceed to the granite quarries and site of the Unfinished Obelisk. Illustrating the skills of Egypt’s stonemasons, this monolith is one-third taller than any other ancient Egyptian obelisk. Then, back to your boat. Later, Ride Like a Local around the Aswan Islands in a felucca, while enjoying a refreshing Scenic Sundowner. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 5: Friday Optional Abu Simbel- End of your journey

Early morning, make your way to Abu Simbel temple by private vehicle ($110 Per Person - 3 hrs and half each way by roadAnd discover Abu Simbel, the commanding twin temples of Ramses II and his wife, Queen Nefertari. The former’s façade is dominated by four 70-foot-tall statues of the pharaoh. Perhaps even more impressive, this entire site was disassembled and moved here to save it from the floodwaters caused by the Aswan High Dam. Later, Transfer to Aswan airport for your flight to Cairo. Meals: Breakfast.

4 Day Aswan - Esna Dahabeya Cruise Every Friday

Day 1: Friday Aswan - Kom Ombo

Visit Philae Temple, The High Dam enjoy walking in Aswan Bazaar,  Arrival to  Dahabeya AMOURA, the Captain, and his crew will welcome you onboard and have your bags taken to your cabins. Lunch will be served on Board, then We will then set sail on your voyage heading to Esna . as we sail on to Kom Ombo. Listen to the sounds of the water buffalo as they wade in the shallow water beside the banks of the Nile, the Donkeys as they go about their day to day business and the various birdlife of the river

Day 2: Saturday Kom Ombo Silsela

Breakfast at your leisure. Here we visit the Greco Roman Temple at Kom Ombo. The temple building is totally symmetrical with two entrance's two halls and two sanctuaries dedicated to the Falcon God Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and the Crocodile God Sobek. We set off for the relaxing journey to the temple of Gebel el Silsila, another of our less frequented destinations. You will be amazed as we tie up alongside the Speos of Hormheb. If possible dinner will be served on the grounds of the illuminated temple or on the upper deck whilst soaking up the tranquil atmosphere with music to match the mood.

Day 3: Sunday Edfu – Farewell dinner Esna

Enjoy breakfast at your leisure, visit Edfu Temple by horse carriage, one of the largest and most intact of Egypt's monuments. Two beautiful granite statues of the Falcon God Horus flank the entrance. After your visit to the temple, either ride or walk through the bazaar, this is an extensive bazaar where you can barter for souvenirs, spices, and perfumes. We will then set sail to an island where we will disembark to get dinner served on the edge of the Nile according to weather status or dinner will be served on Sun Deck. Preparing for our EGYPTIAN EVENING OF FUN, with Egyptian cuisine, Arabic Music. Dress in your bespoke Gallabeyah or belly dancing outfit. we gently sail en-route to Esna, Overnight Esna.

Day 4: Monday  Disembarkation - Esna - Luxor

After breakfast, we bid farewell to the Captain and the crew. Your luggage will be collected and will be ready for you to travel to Luxor, Sightseeing in LXR to visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut, Memnon Colossi, Karnak’ Temple.
