Day 1 | Fri, Mar 27: Arrive in Cairo at 17:45

Journey to Egypt representative will meet you at the Cairo International Airport (Before the immigration counters). By comfortable vehicle, you will be escorted to the hotel of your stay. There after check-in, you will get full information about itinerary of your future trip.
No meal.

Day 2 | Sat, Mar 28: Fly to Luxor – Visit Karnak & Luxor Temples – Embark on your Nile Cruise.

Transfer to Cairo Airport to fly to Luxor. You'll meet your guide and travel to the Temple of Luxor on the city's eastern bank, dedicated to the worship of the god Amun. You'll also visit the Karnak temples before you board the cruise boat that will be your lodging for the next few nights.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Day 3 | Sun, Mar 29: Explore the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and Colossi of Memnon – Begin cruising the Nile.


After breakfast on board, transfer overland to visit the classic attractions at the Valley of the Kings, including the Temple of Hatshepsut and Memnon statues.

Get back on board and sail to Edfu as you enjoy lunch and afternoon tea on the sundeck, including a trip through the Esna Lock. End the night with dinner and a chance to try traditional Egyptian clothing onboard as you dock overnight in Edfu.

Day 4 | Mon, Mar 30: Visit Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples.


In the morning you'll go ashore after breakfast to travel to the Temple of Horus. The temple to the falcon god was once covered by silt during the flooding of the Nile, but it has since been restored and sits as one of the most beautiful and best-preserved temples of the Ptolemaic era.

Sail to Kom Ombo next, where you'll disembark once more to visit the double temples of Sobek and Haroeris. Then get back on board to sail to Aswan, where you'll anchor for the night.

Day 5 | Tue, Mar 31: Discover Aswan’s Philae Temple and the High Dam.


Today's land attraction is more modern, as you'll visit the Aswan high dam, one of the largest in the world. Then go back to the past with a trip to the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis.

You'll return to the boat in the afternoon, where you'll spend time on river adventures as you ride smaller felucca sailboats down the Nile past Elephantine Island and the Agha Khan mausoleum before retiring to your cabin for the night.

Day 6 | Wed, Apr 1: Abu Simbel Tour – Fly back to Cairo.


Early morning, transfer to Abu Simbel (3 hrs each way by road), home to impressive temples including those of Ramses II and his wife Nefertari, a temple she shares with the goddess Hathor. The Temple of Ramses II is particularly interesting, home to four statues of its namesake ruler that are illuminated by the sun coming through the temples twice a year, on the days of his birth and appointment as ruler.

After the temples, return to Aswan and head back to Cairo. A travel representative will meet you at the airport, enjoy your final night in Cairo at your leisure.

Day 7 | Thu, Apr 2: Day Trip to Alexandria

Early in the morning, start your trip to Alexandria through desert roads by private, air-conditioned van. Begin with the Catacombs of Kom El Shoukafa, an underground world of ornate carvings and paintings, and a mixture of Roman and Egyptian designs.Next, visit the Citadel of Fort Qaitbey, which is located on the original site of the Pharos, Alexandria’s ancient lighthouse. Then, visit the Library of Alexandria, which was reborn in October 2002 to reclaim the mantle of its ancient namesake. The vast complex is a joining of the arts, history, philosophy, and science, as well as a place for open discussion, dialogue, and understanding.

Following the tour, return to Cairo and enjoy the night on your own.

Day 8 | Fri, Apr 3: Full day in Cairo – Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, Pyramids, and Sphinx.


After breakfast in the hotel we will start our day with excursion to Giza Plateau. On this exciting place are located famous Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus, Sphinx and fascinating Valley of Temple. Next point of our tour - Grand Egyptian Museum. Here you can find amazing artifacts from ancient Egyptians life, as well as Tutankhamun treasures. After the tour, transfer back to the hotel.

Day 9 | Sat, Apr 4: Departure from Cairo at 09:35.

Enjoy one more Egyptian breakfast before your transfer to the airport.
