Day 01: Arrival & Cairo Tour to the Grand Egyptian Museum & Giza Pyramids

Your first stop is the Giza Plateau, home to the world-renowned Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Stand in awe before these colossal masterpieces that have towered over the desert for more than 4,500 years. Wander through the Valley Temple, where priests once performed sacred rituals during the mummification process of King Chephren. Continue to the iconic Great Sphinx, gazing at the monumental guardian carved from a single limestone block.

Enjoy lunch at a cozy local restaurant selected for quality and authentic Egyptian flavors.

Next, step into the awe-inspiring Grand Egyptian Museum—a modern architectural marvel overlooking the pyramids. As the largest archaeological museum on earth, it houses more than 100,000 artifacts spanning five millennia of Egyptian civilization. Explore soaring statue halls, immersive galleries, and the complete treasures of King Tutankhamun, displayed together for the first time in history. Admire his golden mask, royal jewelry, and ceremonial possessions — each piece telling its own chapter of ancient Egypt’s story.

Your day continues at the bustling, colorful Khan El Khalili Bazaar, a marketplace that has thrived for centuries. Its narrow lanes are filled with brass lamps, handmade crafts, perfumes, silver jewelry, spices, leather goods, and hidden treasures you’ll love discovering.

At the end of your day, enjoy a comfortable transfer back to your Cairo hotel.

Day 02: Day Tour to Alexandria from Cairo

After breakfast at your hotel, your Egyptologist guide will pick you up for a scenic drive to Alexandria, Egypt’s enchanting Mediterranean city founded by Alexander the Great.

Begin with a visit to the magnificent Bibliotheca Alexandrina, a modern cultural complex that revives the spirit of the ancient Library of Alexandria — once the most famous center of learning in the ancient world. The building’s striking architecture and rich exhibitions make it a highlight for culture and history lovers.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant serving fresh Mediterranean cuisine.

Continue your tour with the Roman Amphitheatre, the only one of its kind in Egypt and a fascinating relic from the Greco-Roman era. Explore its marble seats, mosaic flooring, and elegant columns that have withstood centuries of history.

Next, visit the towering Pompey’s Pillar, an impressive monument built in 292 AD to honor Emperor Diocletian. Its size and survival make it one of Alexandria’s most iconic ancient landmarks.

Your final stop is the Qaitbay Citadel (from the outside), a majestic 15th-century fortress built on the exact site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The sea views from this area are spectacular.

After completing your exploration of Alexandria, relax as we drive you back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you may return to your hotel or be transferred directly to Cairo Airport. END of services.
