Day 1: Friday, February 27 Arrival Cairo – Welcome To Egypt


Your representative will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (Before the immigration counters, holding a sign with your name) upon your arrival and provide you with an entry visa for Egypt and then he will escort you to your hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. Overnight in Cairo. No meal.

Day 2: Saturday, February 28 Fly Cairo To Luxor


Check out from your hotel in Cairo in the morning, and then get transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. Arrive Luxor Airport, Where you are met by your Journey to Egypt representative. You'll be welcomed aboard the Merit Dahabiya with a delicious lunch. You'll visit the grand Luxor Temple and the majestic Karnak Temple, two of Egypt's most iconic monuments. These sacred sites, with their towering pillars and intricate carvings, will leave you speechless as you step back in time to the glory of ancient Egypt.
As the sun sets over the Nile, you'll enjoy a gourmet dinner on board while soaking in the views from the West Bank, where you'll spend the night. The river, the temples, the stars—all combine to create a magical atmosphere as you drift off to sleep. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 3: Sunday, March 01 A Journey Through the Valley of Kings


Your adventure continues with a visit to the West Bank, where Egypt's most famous royal tombs are hidden in the Valley of the Kings. Walk in the footsteps of pharaohs as you explore the tombs of ancient rulers, including the legendary Tutankhamun. After marveling at these treasures, visit the awe-inspiring Hatshepsut Temple, dedicated to one of Egypt's most powerful queens.
Later, you'll sail to Esna, where tea time on the sun deck offers the perfect opportunity to unwind. As you continue sailing, dinner will be served, and you'll spend the night moored beside a tranquil island, surrounded by nature's beauty. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
The visit to King Tutankhamun's tomb will be included on Day 4 (Luxor West Bank Tour) at no extra charge.

Day 4: Monday, March 02 The Sacred Temple of Edfu


Wake up to the soft glow of the morning sun as you sail towards Edfu, home to one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, the Temple of Edfu. Dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus, this temple is a masterpiece of ancient architecture and mythology. As you explore its towering columns and intricate hieroglyphs, you'll feel connected to the stories of Egypt's divine past.
In the afternoon, sail to Al Ramady Island, a peaceful oasis on the Nile. Here, you'll enjoy a delightful dinner on board, followed by a peaceful overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 5: Tuesday, March 03 The Majestic Kom Ombo Temple


This morning, you'll sail to Gebel El Silsila, a site known for its ancient quarries, before making your way to Kom Ombo Temple, where you'll uncover the mysteries of the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon-headed god Horus. This double temple, set on the banks of the Nile, is one of the most unique in Egypt, offering a glimpse into the duality of Egyptian gods and their roles in everyday life.
Afterward, you'll continue your journey to El Sheikh Fadl Island, where you can unwind with tea and dinner while taking in the serene landscape. As you sail toward Aswan, the tranquil waters of the Nile will cradle you into the night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 6: Wednesday, March 04 The Heart of Aswan


Your final day aboard the Merit Dahabiya begins with an early arrival in Aswan, one of Egypt's most picturesque cities. After breakfast, you'll explore the breathtaking Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, and the awe-inspiring High Dam, which changed the course of Egypt's history. As your journey comes to an end, you'll disembark in Aswan, filled with memories of the ancient sites, serene waters, and the warmth of Egyptian culture. Day 7: Thursday, March 05 Aswan | Excursion to the Abu Simbel Temples | Fly from Aswan to Cairo


Early this morning, join an excursion to the Abu Simbel Temples by private car. Departing before sunrise, travel through the Nubian desert to reach one of Egypt's most extraordinary archaeological sites. The twin rock temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari were carved directly into the mountainside and are famed for their colossal statues and remarkable relocation in the 1960s to save them from the rising waters of Lake Nasser. After time to explore the temples, return to Aswan.
Later, transfer to Aswan Airport for your domestic flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 8: Friday, March 06 Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx & and Sakkara


This morning, join your expert tour guide for an exploration of the Giza Plateau, home to the pyramids of Mycerinusand Chephren, as well as the iconic Great Pyramid of Khufu. Built during the Fourth Dynasty (approximately 2690 BC), it stands as the only surviving monument of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Continue to the Great Sphinx, dramatically set against the pyramids, a timeless scene that has inspired travelers for centuries. Following the tour of the pyramids and the Sphinx, head to the necropolis of Saqqara to visit King Zoser, the Mastaba, and the Pyramid of Teti.
After the tour, transfer back to the hotel.

Day 9: Saturday, March 07 Cairo | Grand Egyptian Museum


End your adventure in Egypt with a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) to discover one of the world's most impressive collections of ancient Egyptian artifacts, presented in a modern, immersive setting. Later, proceed to Old Cairo to visit some of the oldest Coptic churches, reflecting Egypt's rich Christian heritage.

Day 10: Sunday, March 08 : Final Departure


Have breakfast, then get transfered to Cairo Airport for your final departure. Meals: Breakfast.
