Day 7: Thursday, March 05 Aswan | Excursion to the Abu Simbel Temples | Fly from Aswan to Cairo

Early this morning, join an excursion to the Abu Simbel Temples by private car. Departing before sunrise, travel through the Nubian desert to reach one of Egypt's most extraordinary archaeological sites. The twin rock temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari were carved directly into the mountainside and are famed for their colossal statues and remarkable relocation in the 1960s to save them from the rising waters of Lake Nasser. After time to explore the temples, return to Aswan.
Later, transfer to Aswan Airport for your domestic flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Day 8: Friday, March 06 Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx & and Sakkara
