Travel from Marsa Alam to Luxor – Discover the East Bank

Known in ancient times as Ipet-Isut, or “The Most Sacred of Places,” Karnak showcases over 2,000 years of construction by generations of pharaohs. Explore Luxor’s West Bank – Return to Marsa Alam
After breakfast at your hotel, your journey continues to the legendary West Bank of the Nile, home to some of ancient Egypt’s most iconic landmarks.
Start with a brief photo stop at the towering Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III that have stood guard for over 3,000 years. Then, delve deep into the mysteries of the Valley of the Kings, the royal burial ground of New Kingdom pharaohs. Accompanied by your guide, you’ll explore three richly decorated tombs, each telling stories of power, religion, and the afterlife. Among them lies the tomb of King Tutankhamun, whose discovery remains one of the most important archaeological finds in history (entry to Tut’s tomb optional).
Next, visit the breathtaking Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt’s most unique monuments. This terraced sanctuary, carved into the cliffs of El Deir El Bahari, was built for the only female pharaoh who ruled Egypt with unmatched power and grace.
