Journey To Egypt – Cancellation Policy
1. Day Tours (One-Day Trips)
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour departure.
Cancellations received within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.
2. Nile Cruise Bookings
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the cruise departure date.
Cancellations received within 7 days of departure are non-refundable.
3. Multi-Day Tour Packages
(Including Hotels, Domestic Flights, and Nile Cruises)
Standard Bookings (Excluding Christmas, New Year & Easter)
We offer flexible booking conditions to give our guests peace of mind.
Departure dates may be changed up to 30 days before arrival without any amendment fees from Journey To Egypt.
Changes to domestic or international flight tickets are subject to the airline's fare rules, conditions, and applicable fees.
Approved refunds are subject to a 3.5% deduction to cover non-refundable credit card processing and banking transaction
fees.
Peak Season Bookings
(Christmas, New Year & Easter Holidays)
The following cancellation charges apply:
61 days or more before arrival: 25% of the total tour price.
60–31 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
30–15 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price.
14–1 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price.
Please note:
Airline ticket cancellation and amendment policies are governed entirely by the respective airline.
All refunds for peak-season bookings are subject to a 7% bank processing fee, which will be deducted from the refundable
amount.
