Day 3 – The Temples of Horus & Kom Ombo
Arrive in Edfu, where a traditional horse-drawn carriage carries you through the town to one of Egypt's finest surviving temples.

Step inside the magnificent Temple of Horus, regarded as the best-preserved temple from the ancient world. Built during the Ptolemaic Period, this remarkable monument honors Horus, the falcon-headed god of kingship and protection. Wander through its monumental entrance, spacious courtyards, beautifully carved reliefs depicting the battle between Horus and Seth, and the sacred sanctuary where ancient religious rituals once took place.

Return to the cruise and enjoy lunch onboard while sailing toward Kom Ombo.

Later in the afternoon, visit the unique Kom Ombo Temple, one of Egypt's most distinctive temples thanks to its perfectly symmetrical twin design.
