Day 1 – Friday | Welcome to Aswan & Begin Your Nile Journey
Your journey begins in Aswan, where you'll board Steigenberger Legacy Nile Cruise before lunch and settle comfortably into your cabin. After embarkation, enjoy your first sightseeing tour to discover three of Aswan's most famous landmarks.
Visit the impressive Aswan High Dam, one of modern Egypt's greatest engineering achievements, before continuing to the beautiful Philae Temple, peacefully located on Agilkia Island and dedicated to the goddess Isis. Complete your tour at the remarkable Unfinished Obelisk, where you'll learn how ancient Egyptian craftsmen carved colossal granite monuments directly from the bedrock.
Return to the cruise for dinner and enjoy your first relaxing evening aboard.

Overnight: Aswan
Day 2 – Saturday | Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples
Wake up to the peaceful scenery of the Nile as the cruise sails toward Kom Ombo. After breakfast, visit the remarkable Temple of Kom Ombo, uniquely dedicated to both Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus the Elder. Explore its beautifully preserved reliefs, fascinating medical carvings, and visit the nearby Crocodile Museum, home to genuine mummified crocodiles.
Return to the cruise and continue sailing toward Edfu while enjoying lunch onboard.
In the afternoon, ride by traditional horse-drawn carriage to the magnificent Temple of Edfu, one of Egypt's best-preserved ancient temples. Dedicated to Horus, this spectacular monument features towering pylons, impressive courtyards, and beautifully carved scenes illustrating the legendary battle between Horus and Seth.

Day 4 – Monday | Luxor East Bank & Disembarkation

Your final stop is the beautiful Luxor Temple, originally built by Amenhotep III and expanded by Ramesses II. Once connected to Karnak by the famous Avenue of Sphinxes, the temple served as one of ancient Egypt's most important ceremonial sites.

Your journey begins in Luxor, where you'll board Steigenberger Legacy Nile Cruise before lunch and settle into your comfortable cabin. After lunch onboard, begin exploring the treasures of Luxor's East Bank.
Visit the magnificent Karnak Temple Complex, home to the impressive Avenue of Ram-Headed Sphinxes, the breathtaking Hypostyle Hall, sacred lakes, obelisks, and the great precinct of Amun-Re.
Continue to the elegant Luxor Temple, admired for its colossal statues, remarkable carvings, and the historic Abu Haggag Mosque built within the temple walls.
Return to the cruise for afternoon tea on the sun deck before dinner.

Day 2 – Tuesday | Luxor West Bank & Sailing to Esna

Travel early in the morning by road or flight (additional cost) to visit the spectacular Temples of Abu Simbel, built by Ramesses II and dedicated to both himself and Queen Nefertari. Carved directly into the sandstone cliffs overlooking Lake Nasser, these UNESCO-protected monuments remain among Egypt's greatest archaeological masterpieces.
