The ancient city of Luxor "the exhibition of living history": Luxor is one of the most important cities of ancient and modern Egypt. The city of Luxor alone has one-third of the world's monuments.

Within the ancient city of “Thebes” lies the purest vision of elegance and wonder, and one of the world’s largest and most magical Outdoor Museum “Luxor Temple“.
We will first learn out about the Luxor's history and its significance to Egypt history. Our local tour guide will then take you across the temple and get to hear about the Temple and history behind it.
Continuing along the story of the Great Pharaohs, we'll also go inside the temple pass from a gate to a gate and see the temple highlights.

What to expect
Get ready for something special. We're travelling to Luxor with no passport, no plane ticket and no luggage. And yet you'll experience all the sights, sounds and stories with just your laptop, favorite snack and amazing guide.
The tour will last about 30 mins and will be live-streamed by your guide directly from Luxor Temple. Forget about slideshows or pre-recorded videos, this is a live broadcast and anything can happen!
While on the tour you’ll be able to see a full screen video of your guide and their surroundings, interact with them and other travellers through the live chat, see where you are in the world on a map and show your appreciation with a tip.
How it works
Zoom Video Communications Our online tour guides are hosted live on Zoom, a free online education platform. If you don’t already have an account with Zoom, you will need to sign up at www.zoom.us. Unlike our online short courses, when joining our online lectures or Live on Site tours, you will not be able to join with video or audio. The Q&A function will be available to ask questions throughout the duration of the program.
An online ticket booking is required, made below. Each booking is for one computer screen use, not person. Our online booking system is powered by TrekkSoft, with secure payment processing that accepts all major credit cards.
A confirmation of purchase will be sent to your email with a Zoom link INCLUDE {METTING ID} to JOIN THE Virtual Trip, along with a reminder email sent 2 hours before each session.
When joining the Zoom Metting, you will enter ‘METTING ID’. Please ensure that your Zoom screen name matches the name you booked under.
Why are they tip-supported?
We are running these tours on a tip-supported basis to make them as accessible as possible. They are cost ONLY $10 TO BOOK AND JOIN, but you have the option to tip the guide after the tour.
Leaving a tip will help support the guides and allow us to offer tours in more places around Egypt. If you aren't able to leave a tip, then it would be great if you can share the tour with friends and family to spread the word.
