The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Flexible Booking with Fair Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans can change. Enjoy the freedom to adjust your departure date up to 30 days before your trip (excluding peak periods).
Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Periods)
We strive to keep cancellation fees fair and straightforward. Please note, airlines may impose additional fees per their terms and conditions, and refunds incur a 3.5% bank processing fee.
Cancellation Policy for Peak Periods: Christmas, New Year, and Easter
For cancellations during peak periods, the following fees will apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 25% of the total tour price.
- 60-31 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
- 30-15 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price.
- 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total tour price.
Airline fees, governed by airline terms, will also apply, along with a 7% bank processing fee on refunds.
Refunds
All refunds are processed promptly to the original payment method used at booking. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for no-shows on confirmed reservations.
