DISCOVER EGYPT, THE ILLUSTRATED GUIDE TO EGYPT

So many guide books to Egypt are available today that another may seem unnecessary. But i hope that this one will serve a useful purpose: no other guidebook offers as much descriptive information on the tombs and temples of Egypt or such a large collection of photographs, maps and plans. It is intended for visitors who wish to examine Egypt monuments in detail, trace the development of their decorative programs, compare the the works of different artisans, or try to better understand the purpose the monuments were meant to serve. it is also meant to be used after a visit to Egypt, as a reminder of sites visited and painting enjoyed.
